GECO M & E Ltd. is one of the leading MEP companies in UAE with a history of 40 years of service, dealing in prestigious projects with Government Agencies and Multinational Companies and operates through four strategic business divisions: Contracting, Power, Fire Protection & Facilities Management. For immediate placement, we require the following:
MANAGER - FIRE DIVISION (Ref.: MFD/03/2013)
• Degree in Engineering preferably with Masters in Management / Business Administration.
• Knowledge of Arabic preferred.
• 10 - 15 years experience in the construction industry (Fire Protection Services).
• Ability to create annual business plans for the division and ensure achievement.
• Ensure profitability on all projects.
• Techno-commercial role, with competency in marketing and estimation, cost management, vendor management and contract agreement negotiations with requisite financial management.
• Manage highly competent PMs and PEs for delivering the business plan. Monitoring of execution, to avoid delays and prefer claims for extension.
• Exposure to Government Authorities and Standards (Civil Defense, NFPA standards)
